Thank you for completing the membership application and making your membership payment. You will receive a welcome package shortly by email. Please check your spam folder in case it ends up in there.

Membership entitles you to vote for the Board of Trustees at our annual general meeting and vote on any changes to our bylaws (unless you are younger than 18 years of age). We will notify you of each AGM date prior to the event.

As a brand new member, your membership is effective until after the second AGM following the commencement of the term.

Each year you will receive an email with the Notice of AGM information and a request to renew your membership for the next term. Membership renewals are completed manually; they do not automatically renew.
